Why alpha Kappa Delta Phi at Penn State?

alpha Kappa Delta Phi today has 66 Chapters across the Nation, being the Largest Asian-interest sorority with over thousands of sisters. aKDPhi offers many opportunities for leadership and growth both in the sorority as well as on campus. Being at Penn State for more than a decade, we have crossed over one hundred sisters with very strong alumnae support. Our members belong to many other organizations on campus with high leadership roles. Being at Penn State for more than 15 years, we were one of the founders of Multicultural Greek Council and Asian-Pacific American Coalition. Since then, many of our sisters have held executive board positions in both. We are involved in several community service events throughout the year including volunteering at nursing homes, dedicating hours for blood drives and sorting clothes and food for the local community. Our National Philanthropy is Breast Cancer Awareness and all the proceeds we collect are donated to the Avon Breast Cancer Crusades. We have an annual Think Pink Charity Ball every year dedicated to raising Breast Cancer Awareness. We build deep relationships with our sisters that last forever. Being in a sorority means always having someone to rely on and having a home away from home. Ultimately, everyone has a different reason to join the sorority. Recruitment gives you the opportunity to find yours.
